I mainly play in EN and sometimes CN. I read some translations myself to learn more about 夏以昼 /XYZ and get a fuller picture about his character and dynamic with MC/us. As someone who is Chinese, it's enjoyable for me to see parts of CN culture being included.

I understand what is being explored via the 伪骨科 trope to hep tell a story and I feel it's treated respectfully and written well by infold.

We should also be mindful of the language we use when discussing the CN version bc it can make us sound a little sinophobic otherwise as many of us tend to view the trope from a western lens. Doing so removes the familial hierarchy, structures and ultimately cultural ties that informs and paints the fuller meaning and picture of the trope.
